Once we receive your job description, we begin our candidate search right away. We leverage our extensive network of skilled individuals—both those within Canada and those from around the world—to find top candidates who meet your specific requirements. We create a tailored shortlist of qualified individuals for your review, ensuring you have access to the best talent.
Interviews
If you are interested in interviewing any of the candidates, our team will coordinate a convenient time for a remote interview, connecting you with candidates regardless of their location.
Job Offer
If you identify a suitable candidate for the role, we will assist with meeting all necessary job offer requirements, ensuring a seamless transition to employment.
Visa and Immigration Support
Once the candidate accepts the offer, we handle the immigration process. For those outside of Canada, we assist with their visa application, and you can expect the candidate to start working once their visa is approved—usually within six months or more.
Relocation and Settlement
For candidates coming from abroad, once the visa is approved, we coordinate the start date and personally welcome the candidate upon arrival, ensuring a smooth transition into their new community. For those already in Canada, we support their continued integration into the workforce and community. During the first six months, we regularly check in with both you and your new employee to ensure a successful adaptation and long-term success.
